By researching this area Fiona Christie has provided much needed information about the ways into jobs in the voluntary/community work sector. This PROP report takes a look at the experiences of graduates who are in a variety of roles and organisations in the sector and provides some useful insights into job seeking in this area. 

The research seeks to provide answers to careers advisers' concerns about the lack of information about getting jobs in the charity/community sector and provides a more informed basis for giving advice.
