HECSU provides a one-stop shop to meet all my needs of higher education within a college of further education. Clear and up-to-date information is provided together with personal support if needed from the initial stage of undergraduates seeking information on careers/postgraduate study, to labour market information, including the whole application process, and vacancy details to successful employment.

The HECSU Practitioner Research Fund provided invaluable support to Strathclyde Careers Service when other major funders declined our bid to create Graduate Job Search On-line. HECSU immediately saw the practical value of a resource for global job search for graduates and, after a simple application process, gave us a quick decision on our bid.
