This report provides a valuable insight into the structure of the Foundation Degree student cohort at the University of Plymouth and immediate destinations on graduation.
It is the first of a series of three reports to look specifically at Foundation Degree students in the South West. The second study will compare work destinations for Plymouth Foundation Degree graduates with the national picture. It will also compare destinations for those topping up their Foundation Degree to honours programmes. The final study, due in Summer 2007, will add more information on the motivations of Foundation Degree students and their experiences in the labour market.
