Charlie is HECSU's graduate labour market specialist. He is an expert on the employment destinations of graduates and postgraduates.

Charlie uses data generated by the the Higher Education Statistics Agency's Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education survey to examine graduate destinations.

He regularly contributes to the New Scientist's careers blog BigWideWorld.
